Leopard Skittlette with the Best Glitter Polish Ever, Nicole by OPI Pick of the Glitter!!

Hello all!  This post is revisiting a favorite of mine, leopard print!  This is a mani I have used over and over and over, all my friends definitely recognize it by now (or at least I think they do xD).  I love the combination of a lovely turquoise, glitter, and leopard print - where could it go wrong?? haha.  Details about this mani and Nicole by OPI Pick of the Glitter polish after the jump!

To create this awesome skittlette, I had a total of three different nail designs!  I know, I'm ridiculous.

• On the thumb and middle fingers, I have the classic leopard print.  I started off with OPI My Vampire is Buff (I reach for this color wayyyy too much), then dabbed on a few splashes of color with China Glaze for Audrey, and finished off with c shapes using my trusty Sinful Colors Black on Black.
• On the pointer and pinky fingers - I started off with For Audrey, and decided that a solid color was just wayyy too boring.  I added a line of dots with My Vampire is Buff, but I think sequins or some bling would be great too! One day.. haha
• Can't forget the glitter accent nail! I first applied three coats of Maybelline's Color Show Pedal to the Metal.  Thankfully, it's a thin polish and dried super quickly, or else I would have quickly given up haha. Then I applied two coats of Nicole by OPI Pick of the Glitter.  This glitter is absolutely amazing, I regret not picking up two bottles in store D: For those interested, read my rant below...

Ok. Now for my rant... let me just start off with, OPI named this polish right!  It really is the pick of the glitter.  So if you don't know me, I am a frugal shopper, I won't buy brand name polishes unless I can find a nice deal that I can justify.  Having said that, Pick of the Glitter is the one polish that I have bought at retail price, and I can honestly say, I don't regret a single penny.  In fact, I regret not grabbing two bottles! Pick of the Glitter is loaded with silver and turquoise hexes plus an abundance of tiny round copper glitter suspended in a clear base.  Now, that in itself would be a pretty awesome glitter in my books, but OPI decided to add in just the tiniest hint of lavender in the form of hexes.  When I noticed that, I was just completely sold.  The lavender brings in this lovely girly note, which I absolutely adore. Am I crazy? Tell me if you think I'm just some obsessed girl with no life, or does this polish make you squeal too? Haha

To summarize, Pick of the Glitter is amazing and you should all go get it now!  It has excellent glitter payoff, and the glitter goes on pretty evenly. I think Pick of the Glitter is exclusively at Target, and I picked this up almost a year ago (spring 2013).  My local Target still has a ton left, so go check yours out!!
